Server log files

When you access this site, data transmitted by your browser is recorded automatically: IP address, date and time of access, the page requested, the volume of data transferred and the browser type. The purpose of the processing is the technical operation and security of the website. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; the legitimate interest lies in trouble-free and secure operation.

Hosting

This website is hosted by Lovable Labs AB, Regeringsgatan 25, 111 53 Stockholm, Sweden. A data processing agreement is in place with the provider. The provider processes the data named above solely to operate the website and on my instructions. Lovable in turn engages sub-processors for infrastructure and data storage, which are contractually bound to an equivalent level of protection.

Contact by email

If you contact me by email, I process the details you send in order to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where the enquiry serves to initiate or perform a contract, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR based on the legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.

Contact form

If you use the contact form, your name, your email address, optionally your company and your message are transmitted and stored in order to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR as well as Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where the enquiry serves to initiate a contract. You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future. The data is deleted as soon as the enquiry has been finally handled and no retention obligations prevent this. Storage takes place in the website database at the provider named above, Lovable Labs AB, on the basis of the same data processing agreement.

Appointment booking and messengers

An appointment calendar provided by TidyCal can be embedded on the contact page. The calendar is not loaded automatically. Only once you expressly activate it by clicking is a connection to TidyCal's servers established; your IP address and technical details of your browser are transferred there in the process. The legal basis is your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, which you give with the click. As long as you do not activate the calendar, no data is transferred. TidyCal's own privacy terms apply to the processing there.

There is likewise a reference to WhatsApp on the contact page and references to LinkedIn, to the VDR – Verband Deutsches Reisemanagement and to the Global Business Travel Association in the footer. These are simple links; no data is transferred to them when you access this website. Only when you click one of these links do the privacy terms of the respective provider apply.

No cookies, no tracking

This website does not use cookies for analytics or marketing purposes, does not use tracking and does not embed social media services. No fonts are loaded from external servers on the pages linked here. The appointment calendar is loaded only after express activation.

Your rights

You have the right to information, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object to processing (Art. 15 to 21 GDPR). Please use the contact details given above.

Irrespective of this, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
